I'm Brandon Bellman, PT, DPT, MS, ATC. As a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer, I help active people understand why they're hurting, build the strength and resilience to move forward, and return to the things that matter most.

Because getting out of pain is important—but staying capable is the goal.

I'm happy to say that with the help of Brandon I just completed a 100 mile race without any Achilles pain.
